As a Customer Success Representative, you are the go-to person and the first point of contact for our clients. You share responsibility for the success of our clients. You are always ready to assist and solve problems before the client even notices them. This is a highly varied role where you play a crucial part in keeping our clients happy and successful.

Your profile

  • Education level: Secondary vocational education or Professional education
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • A multitasker who isn’t afraid for challenges
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, communicatively skilled, and stress-resistant (with a healthy dose of humor, but okay, maybe that’s asking for a lot…;) )
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking)
  • Always looking for ways to improve and not easily discouraged
